Who will care for our loved ones. We are a nonprofit agency creating sustainable futures for Self Direction About Us Who We Are Who We Are We are families caring for our vulnerable loved ones. We have been advocating for their wellbeing and in many cases have been their primary caregiver throughout their lives. This was challenging when we were younger but aging disabilities and death of a family member has left us unprepared to care for our loved ones.
