Our mission is to create happiness in evidence animals living in city and county animal shelters by placing them with their forever families.  We accomplish this by providing adoption and foster services, shelter support services and creating community awareness of these animals.  Our primary goal is to get all evidence dogs and cats out of the shelter environment and placed in a forever or foster home as soon as possible.
