Home Virginia Community Economic Network Empowers Entrepreneurs To Transform Their Local Economy WHO WE ARE Virginia Community Economic Network VCEN is a Virginia nonprofit that promotes innovative and applicable entrepreneurship strategies statewide to spur an influx of job creation while encouraging the vitality of the community along with regional economic development. VCEN works to bring greater awareness to business success strategies fostered by cooperation among stakeholders. VCEN commits to the demonstration of valued centered collaborations economic development initiatives and taskbased entrepreneurship strategy. OUR MISSION VCEN was established to bring together the variety of local entrepreneurs placebased economic development practitioners for networking learning and advocacy to grow and sustain local economies and support small business and entrepreneurial development.
