This association is organized exclusively as described under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and is specifically purposed for the charitable preservation and public promotion of the critically endangered horses described in Oklahoma State Resolution 34. Funds raised will be used primarily for food for the horses, necessary veterinary care, and for public education regarding this unique Heritage Horse.
