We serve seven counties in Central Missouri including Cole Camden Moniteau Morgan Miller Osage and Southern Callaway. ILRC was established in 1996 by several members of the Missouri Disabilities Rights Coalition and established by the State of Missouri Division of Vocational Rehabilitation through their grant opportunity.
