The Friends of Chapel Hill Public Library is a nonprofit all-volunteer membership organization that raises money to support the Library through the sale of books donated by the community, membership fees, donations and events. Raise money primarily from the sales of donated used books for the use of the Chapel Hill Public Library. We sell the books primarily in book sales and from our online bookstore. We closed the browsable bookstore in the library at the beginning of the pandemic and have not reopened it.
