As a 501(c)3 organization that manages a professional men’s basketball team, the goal of #IntegrityFirst is to support the development of youth so they can achieve success on and off the court by focusing on three main activities; offering academic support, providing one-to-one and group mentorship, and developing basketball skills. The Jamestown Jackals professional basketball players will serve as mentors that prioritize building connections with youth, with an underlying message that encourages positive lifestyle choices. The Jackals players will provide mentees the opportunity to be involved in something bigger than themselves, something to look forward to, and something to take pride in while developing a sense of belonging.
