Empowering students to reach their full potential. TO ESTABLISH COOPERATIVE RELATIONSHIPS AND TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE MINNESOTA STATE ACADEMY FOR THE BLIND UNAVAILABLE THROUGH GOVERNMENT SOURCES. THESE FUNDS WILL BE USED TO ENHANCE AND DEVELOP PROGRAMS AT THE ACADEMY, PROVIDING THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED STUDENTS OF MINNESOTA THE MAXIMUM OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME CONFIDENT AND PRODUCTIVE CITIZENS.
