Westhampton Citizens Association JOIN NOW Who We Are The Westhampton Citizens Association WCA is a nonprofit civic organization dedicated to advocating for the preservation of the unique character of Richmonds Westhampton community. Our work ensures that Westhampton remains a vibrant safe and walkable neighborhood for all residents. We collaborate with our City Council representative planning department staff local developers and other neighborhood associations to ensure development and proposed zoning changes enhance rather than diminish and disrupt Westhamptons villagelike charm.
