THE MISSION OF THE SISSETON ARTS COUNCIL IS TO SERVE A CULTURALLY DIVERSE, RURAL POPULATION WITH A WIDE VARIETY OF ARTS PROGRAMMING THAT IS OFFERED ON A REGULAR BASIS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OTHER COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS.
