At Restoration House WNC, we have two sites: our Healthy Opportunities Pilot Program and our resource day center/recovery community center. We provide showers, laundry, food, and case management to those in need. Empower at-risk populations by providing sustainable solutions that cultivate long-term stability and self-sufficiency. By addressing the social determinants of health, we can unlock their potential and create pathways to a brighter future. Together, we can foster resilience, dignity, and thrive in our communities!

Empowering communities through recovery opportunity and support in Western North Carolina Healthy Opportunities Pilot The Healthy Opportunities Pilot is the nations first comprehensive program to test evidencebased nonmedical interventions that are designed to improve the health of Medicaid beneficiaries while reducing healthcare costs. This innovative program is being piloted in three regions across the state including right here in Western North Carolina.
