More First Residents Return to FiftyOaks Apartments When Hurricane Harvey hit Rockport Texas in Augustof 2017 devastating the community and the Fifty OaksApartmentcomplex every building except the office had significantdamage. Step Forward Communities finished the rebuild from Hurricane Harvey in December 2018. Residents started returning at the end of the month just in time for Christmas.
