Give Kids a Chance at a Better Future When a worker is injured on the job it doesnt just affect them. It impacts the entire family. We support the kids. Our Mission Kids Chance of Virginia KCVA provides postsecondary and trade school scholarships to the children of Virginia workers who have been severely or fatally injured in a workplace accident.
