Local Learning Community Foundation Stimulating Growth Mindsets and Local Communities About Us MISSION The Local Learning Community Foundations L2CF mission is to stimulate the design and development or expansion of learning innovations and initiatives to increase outcomes in the following areas Access to quality early childhood education school readiness reading proficiency in third and eighth grades state and national standardized test taking skills and scores high school graduation rates jobcareer readiness financial literacy entrepreneurship and wealth accumulation. . The ultimate goal of the L2CF is to identify and design effective and userfriendly learning initiatives that can be easily replicated to increase hope selfefficacy resiliency and economic security in local families and neighborhoods across the country especially in small and rural areas.
