NCP's primary mission is to promote economic/neighborhood development that results in the growth of industrial sector jobs and workforce development in Boston's Newmarket Indust. District. Our goal is to create 1000 local jobs over next 4 years through the attraction of new and growing businesses committed to hiring from target areas.  We actively revitalize vacant/underutilized industrial properties/buildings in the District, we create incentives tied to business commitment to hire from local communities, specifically Fairmount Corridor communities and we are committed to connecting local job seekers with avail. jobs/ and training opportunities.
