The Community Health Awareness Program and Screenings The Community Health Awareness Program and Screenings CHAPS Empowering our community to become more proactive about their health by providing free educational medical and screening resources. Our Mission We aim to advocate for and promote healthy living educate others about screening guidelines for chronic illnesses and provide medical resources to underrepresented members of our community. Our Vision Through our studentled initiative we hope for all community members to learn the holistic approach to healthy living in all aspects of their lives emphasizing the importance of lung gut brain and heart health. STATEMENTS FROM OUR SUPPORTERS Real Food for Kids is excited to have Shreya join our board as the student representative for 20192020 and chair our Student Nutrition Advisory Council SNAC leveraging the important work already underway with CHAPS.
