These crises include special needs children, aging adults and care recipients enduring chronic or terminal illnesses. CaregiverStrong cares, prepares, repairs and shares better ways for caregivers to perform their caregiver role and responsibilities through education, tools and training. Our Caregiver "self-care" program and "financial planning for caregivers" programs, called BridgePaths provides individual, family, group and organizational tools, workshops and educational courses.
