The Fit and Food Connection (FAFC) is a comprehensive service, education, and training program for families experiencing food insecurity or living in designated “food deserts." All goods and services are offered at no charge to individuals and families who need them, enabling program participants to focus on developing healthy self-reliance, self-care and self-esteem. We provide healthy living resources through food assistance, physical fitness, and nutrition to families in need throughout northern St. Louis city and county.
