Among the UN Millennium Development Goals MDGs of 2015 the goal of achieving universal primary education was not fulfilled for the Philippines. Education is the foundation for the rest of these long term goals because this gives our youth the tools necessary to combat poverty and prevent diseases such as HIVAIDS.
