MLV Foundation MLV Foundation My Limitless Vision Welcome As a 501c3 nonprofit corporation MLV Foundations mission is to connect the visually impaired and blind to enhance lives encourage independence and expand awareness in the fourstate region of Missouri Oklahoma Kansas and Arkansas MOKA. According to the 2023 ACS statistics over 340000 people are visually impaired andor blind in the fourstate region. These people often find themselves isolated. Our heart is rooted in serving this underserved community providing them with the tools and opportunities to thrive and fully engage in life.
