MISSION STATEMENT CYNAS 3E was established in 2009 with the goal of improving our community through service. Since its inception CYNAS 3E has strived to empower both individuals and families by helping them to receive what we term as enhance educate and empower EEE. These include but are not limited to cultural exchange educational awards accessible housing and access to appropriate medical care. CYNAS 3E holds at its core the idea that service is more than mere words but rather it requires action.
