Project Mend-A-House, a 501(c)(3), proudly serves low income residents - mostly seniors, veterans and persons with disabilities - in Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park, VA. We provide home repairs/modifications (disability access projects) for our clients that often ensure they can remain living independently in a safe and and healthy home. In essence, our clients with our help can "Age in Place". We are the only non-profit organization of this kind in the area. We also maintain a Loan Closet stocked with durable hospital supplies, hospital beds, walkers, air conditioners, fans, wheelchairs, medical alert devices, and a host of other items. All our services including items in the Loan Closet are available to our clients at no cost to them.
