Welcome TRAVEL ON LiFEs JOURNEY AS WE ENGAGE WITH PARENTS AND FAMILIES TO HELP THEM JOIN IN THEIR CHILDS EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES SERVING OVER 3000 FAMILIES SINCE 2014 WORKING WITH COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS WORKING WITH COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS WORKING WITH COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS LiFE collaborates with four organizations and 24 schools providing its parentfacing literacyenhancing model which empowers parents to help their children learn to read by 3rd grade EMPOWERING FAMILIES OF CHILDREN 09 YRS OLD WORKING WITH COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS WORKING WITH COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS Working with parents is our signature platform. LiFE is a parentfacing organization which provides information and resources for parents to prepare their children for reading from kindergarten and beyond POP UP FOR PARENTS AT NEIGHBORHOOD EVENTS WORKING WITH COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS POP UP FOR PARENTS AT NEIGHBORHOOD EVENTS LiFE has embarked on reaching parents and families at community POP UP 4 PARENTS events teaching and training parents on the benefits of reading to their child at an early age BUILDING MODELS FOR CHANGE BUILDING MODELS FOR CHANGE POP UP FOR PARENTS AT NEIGHBORHOOD EVENTS We support parents and families by providing them with home and school libraries REMOVING BARRIERS BUILDING MODELS FOR CHANGE SUSTAINING THE MODEL We educate parents and families at prenatal and well baby health clinics about their childs brain development and brain health and how to Sing Talk And Read to their baby in LiFEs STAR program. SUSTAINING THE MODEL BUILDING MODELS FOR CHANGE SUSTAINING THE MODEL We train volunteers leaders and educators to implement LiFEs parent facing literacy enhancing model throughout New York City and in 24 schools in rural Jamaica WI. MEETING THE LITERACY NEEDS IN USA OUR IMPACT LiFE engages with parents and families at Day Care centers At Day Care centers parents and family members attend workshops on reading to their children LiFE engages with parents and families on lunch breaks LiFE executes its mission of helping parents help their children learn to read by 3rd grade by going where needed.
