Mission The Center for the Study of Cannabis and Social Policys Mission is cannabis research and education for a Drug Warfree world. We understand the Drug War as a cultural political and economic phenomenon that has been used throughout the world for social control rather than public safety. We also understand that the prohibition of cannabis is a significant part of the Drug War and that there is much education and research to do locally and globally beyond the legalization of cannabis to serve our Mission.
