Building character values leadership skills and confidence for todays youth OUR PHILOSOPHY Youth learn to become responsible for themselves and others through learning commonsense skills the importance of teamwork participating in outdoor activities and assuming roles of leadership and responsibility. Our goal is to provide a structured safe environment and the mentoring they need to reach their potential. GTNW believes this can be accomplished through several key areas.
