Our Programs One of the powerful strategies employed by UCD is to use indemand home repair weatherization services and social enterprise to provide job training real living wage jobs and cooperative community control of the social enterprise to the organizations and the residents we serve as a vital antipoverty strategy. All profits from our fee for services contracts are used to support our charitable work in lowincome weatherization and energy efficiency home repair job training decluttering services and resident capacitybuilding in microenterprise. WeatherizationRepairs We provide a combination of weatherization and home repair programs to lowincome homeowners and renters to help residents save money on their utility bills improve their living conditions and reduce the risk of displacement due to rising costs of living.
