Reaching people at their lowest through the power of the Highest.  The overall goal of the Lighthouse's Safe Harbor programs is to break the cycle of homelessness by not only providing food, clothing, and shelter but also by equipping the homeless to re-enter society through life-skill classes, recovery services, job training, and job placement. Our goal for the people we serve is recovery, restoration, and re-entry. We strive to enable the indigent to become independent; ultimately, returning them to their families and to society.
