Staying Connected - Serving Sun City Hilton Head
Staying Connected is committed to assist Sun City residents to remain engaged in our active adult community by providing a helping hand and access to information, support and services which allow them to address life's challenges. Services provided by Staying Connected include Home Campanionship Visits, Care Giver Relief Visits, Basic Home Maintenance, Reassuring Calls and Transportation to Medical Appointments and Grocery Shopping. During 2021 Staying Connected provided 280 Home Companionship and Care Giver Relief Visits, 273 Basic Home Maintenance Services, 6,400 Reassuring Calls, and 1,450 Transportation to Medical Appointments and Grocery Shopping Services.
