CARE seeks to provide parents of children with disabilities with the necessary support, guidance and resources they need to function and thrive as a family – both by educating families about available services and offering hands-on help and support.
CARE’s goal is to help individuals with disabilities maximize their independence and serve them in a culturally appropriate manner so that they can be fully integrated in their communities.
