About Us The Joseph and Vera Douglas Family Foundation Inc. JVDFF is a 501c3 organization that serves at risk communities in Jamaica by providing literacy materials and resources health wellbeing workshops advocacy and resources and entrepreneurship training and support for women. Our goal is to empower and equip women so they can SHIFT their mindsets allowing them to improve their quality of life and become selfsufficient. Educational Support Without the proper school classroom supplies students and teachers cannot maximize the classroom experience.
