Who We Are The Kentucky Physicians Health Foundation is a 501c3 whose mission is the identification evaluation treatment reentry and advocacy for professionals licensed by the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure. We provide support for physicians physician39s assistants surgical technicians genetic counselors and athletic trainers. Call Us First We can provide the initial evaluation assessment testing coordination and post treatment monitoring for licensed medical professionals who are struggling with substance use disorder mental and emotional health issues and distressburnout.
