World Encounter is a St. Paul, Minnesota, based non-profit with a mission to create sustainable economic growth globally by providing capital, coaching and community to women. World Encounter currently provides microloans to women in rural Tanzania which is accompanied by coaching and mentoring to foster accountability and professional development. World Encounter also acts as a connection point for women entrepreneurs in the U.S. and beyond through programs and events.
