The mission of the South Carolina Association for the Education of Young Children (SCAEYC), the state affiliate of NAEYC, is to collaborate with stakeholders to support all children from birth to age 8 and their families by creating an awareness of the early childhood years and advocating for the needs, rights, and education and well-being of young children in South Carolina.
