Disability Services Resource Center Serving people with disabilities since 1933 Contact Us A History of Caring Disability Services Resource Center DSRC was founded in 1933 and is dedicated to helping people with disabilities in Bay County. Our mission is to serve individuals who are temporarily and permanently disabled with awareness support and recreational opportunities. We believe that all people regardless of their disability should have the opportunity to experience the rich rewards of daily living. Our Services Ramp Building Ramp Building is a program where we accept applications yearround and culminates with Nexteer helping build ramps in September each year.
