The ICSS serves as a hub of professional development resource dissemination and networking opportunities for social studies educators and professionals across all levels Board ICSS Board Members serve twoyear terms attending approximately four Board meetings annually primarily at the Indiana Historical Society in Indianapolis plus a meeting before the State Conference. Their roles include aiding in conference planning and operations with attendance at the conference expected.
