Strengthening Our Neighborhoods and Building Community with Attainable Homes Jubilee Ministries creates pathways to firsttime homeownership through the development of attainable housing in West Michigan. The majority of available housing in our community is priced above what a family making median income for our area can afford. We build this missing middle housing our community needs to flourish. Community Impact Homes Built Years in Business Gifted Equity Attainable Housing Projects All of Jubilees housing projects center on creating access to and opportunities for homeownership in the greater Holland area.
