www.diabetesfundamerica.org Our goal is to provide ongoing funding for programs that support diabetes research programs and diabetes programs around the world that provide diabetes educational material, nutrition awareness, nutritious fruits, vegetables and medical care. To increase our position of supplying much needed medical equipment, medical supplies and humanitarian aid to hospitals and clinics in the world. These supplies will many times mean the difference between life and death for many patients in hospitals and clinics.
