Based out of Gloucester, Virginia, Baystars Football Club, Inc. (Baystars) is an independent 501(c)(3) that has been dedicated to the development of youth across the Commonwealth’s Middle Peninsula since 1987. Baystars mission is to work to develop youth soccer skills, help them grow as individuals, and learn the value of being contributing members of a community. Baystars supports, on average, ten youth travel soccer teams with players ranging from eight to eighteen years old as well as a newly developed youth academy for players younger than nine.
