The Rosewood Roots & Wings Foundation exists to facilitate, advance and improve the industrial and social condition of mentally and physically disabled persons through the development of plans for their education, instruction, entertainment, recreation, community, occupation, and other related activities. Roots and Wings signifies the security and stability rooted in human interaction and community transformation, along with the courage to use our wings for continual growth.
