The event was wellreceived with strong attendance engaging performances and positive community feedback. Financial reports indicated that sponsorships ticket and membership sales met expectations. Key areas for improvement included event logistics such as simplifying online ticket and membership sales streamlining checkin processes enhancing stage transitions and optimizing volunteer coordination.
