Before forming Peace for Paws Ohio the members individually volunteered at various Ohio shelters and a largescale hoarding rescue and were involved in promoting animal protection legislation in Ohio. Foster Dogs Veterinary Care The organization primarily rescues animals from kill shelters in Ohio and surrounding states. Due to the high volume of urgent or death row dogs the organization does not accept owner surrenders.
