To provide support and hope to individuals and families who are living with severe and permanent brain injury. Granite House provides long-term compassionate care for severely disabled young adults in a home setting built for their needs, as an alternative to spending decades in a nursing home. We provide a higher quality of life for our residents, a place for families to gather, and extend our mission to the greater community of people with severe brain injury.
