Charleston City Rowing Club Welcome to CCRC. As one of the only rowing clubs in the Lowcountry Charleston City Rowing Club is home to masters juniors and gig rowers from across the Charleston area. We are located in the heart of historic Downtown Charleston and row out of Brittlebank Park on the beautiful Ashley River.
