We provide confidential counseling for youth ages 12 to 20 at no cost. Counseling Get confidential and nocost individual therapy sessions led by licensed therapists at Resilience1220. Our sessions address stress anxiety depression and suicide prevention helping youth build resilience and wellbeing through understanding challenges and perception. Groups Join our support groups at Resilience1220 for teens and adults at no cost.
