THE RISING START PROVIDES LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS AND YOUNG ADULTS (12-25+) DIAGNOSED WITH AUTISIM SPECTRUM DISORDER AND RELATED COGNITIVE AND NEUROLOGICAL DISABILITIES. THE PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO PREPARE THESE INDIVIDUALS TO ULTIMATELY ENTER THE WORKFORCE, ACHIEVE A LEVEL OF SELF-SUFFICIENCY, AND ALLOW THEM TO LEAD TRULY INDEPENDENT AND REWARDING LIVES.
