Mercy2 An Independent Charitable Resource Provider Home Services Team Updates Contact More Colloborate Assist Prevent Our Program We aim to prevent gaps in services that often lead to unmet needs and isolated suffering among persons in crisis. To do this we provide services directly to community service providers that help them access critical resources as well as linkages to other service providers to get what they need to be able to continue to help communities and be the bridge that ensures persons in need get connected to the resources they need instead of falling between the gaps. Our Mission Stop gaps in services for socioeconomically disadvantaged communities by bridging community organizations to resources through collaboration assistance and preventive services.
