The Wakely Family Endowment for Alzheimers Research In honor of Mickeys legacy we established this endowment to generate ongoing funding for groundbreaking research. Donating to the endowment directly supports graduate students and researchers dedicated to Alzheimers and other neurodegenerative diseases. It will empower them to look beyond traditional research theories and focus on new and innovative approaches producing a greater understanding of the brains complexity and the factors that cause its decline. By advancing brain research we move closer to finding the cure for Alzheimers.
