About the Clinic The St. Clair Community Health Clinic SCCHC a 501c3 nonprofit agency that provides charitable primary healthcare to lowincome uninsured residents of St. Clair County between the ages of 19 and 64 was established on July 23 2018. SCCHC is financially supported through grants and donations but most importantly through community volunteers.
