Wings of Hope Fundraiser 2025 Between March 1 through April 30 we invite you to spread hope and awareness by donating to our wings of hope Fundraiser. All proceeds will benefit the KCAO Barbara Saville Shelter. Volunteer Income Tax Assistance VITA The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance VITA program offers free tax help to people who generally make 67000 or less persons with disabilities the elderly and limited Englishspeaking taxpayers who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns. Head Start Now Enrolling KCAO is transitioning to a more efficient online application process for Head Start and Child Care programs.
