Our Mission To facilitate the transfer of knowledge help improve living conditions of people across the continent and stem the flow of Africas brain drain Our Vision Organization for Authentic Development of Africa OADAF is engaged in lending Africa a hand in its struggle to filling gaps in health education technology Our Values In Organization for Authentic Development of Africa OADAF we believe that together we can put Africa on the path for autosufficiency and sustainability Africa can breakthrough and become a better place Membership Membership is free and voluntary OADAF is open to any individual group or association that shares its core values and legally established in their country of origin Any individual member must be at least 18 years old Our Principles All members of the OADAF should adhere to the organizations core principles of Trust Accountability and Transparency TAT Trust Accountability and Transparency should also be the main criteria that underscore members decisions to admit other members and organizations into the OADAF OADAF does not require any minimum annual fee. However members shall support the organization at the best of their financial ability by participating in frequent fundraising events.
